I offer individual and couples therapy for adult clients age 18+.

I specialize in evidenced-based care for adults with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also work with couples, particularly those where one or both partners have a history of trauma.

My physical office is located in Silver Spring, MD, near Blair High School. It is convienent to the beltway and has ample free parking.

I also serve overseas clients, with specific requirements and limitations. Please email me to discuss international services.

I am an approved “non network” provider for Tricare South and Tricare Overseas. Please contact me regarding the referral process.

If you have out of network coverage, I provide a superbill that you can use to get reimbursement for your care. For privacy reasons, I am out of network for all insurance carriers. This prevents the health insurance companies from requiring review of your private psychotherapy records in order to cover the cost of your care.

I am part of the Lyra network of providers. I am also a proud part of the Headstrong Projects network of providers.

I charge the same rate for both individual and couples therapy.

Initial Evaluation - $325

Folllow-up Sessions - $250
